The main advantage of individual presentation in small cups is that each cupcake comes out with a domed top, a neat appearance and is perfectly suited both for a family tea time and for packing into a school or work lunch. Plumped raisins add a pleasant sweet note and juiciness. Soften butter and beat with sugar and eggs, add flour with cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt, finally fold in the raisins. Fill the cups and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean. Proportions for 12 cupcakes inside.
