Bean Salad with Korean Carrots
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients for the bean and Korean carrot salad. Drain all the liquid from the canned beans. Wash and dry the herbs with a towel.
Separate the chicken meat from the bones and cut it into small cubes. Transfer the prepared meat to a deep bowl.
Finely chop the green onions and dill. Add the herbs to the prepared meat.
Then add the canned beans.
Add the Korean-style carrot to these ingredients.
Next, add 100 grams of mayonnaise and mix everything together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
The bean and Korean carrot salad is ready. Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to let the flavors meld and serve. Optionally, you can garnish it with herbs on top.
