There are different ways to prepare chicken hearts, but stewed hearts in cream sauce is already a classic. The dish turns out tender, juicy, and the sauce is simply incredibly delicious. This dish perfectly complements any side dish.

Ingredients
- chicken hearts – 600 g;
- carrot – 1 pc;
- onion – 1-2 pcs;
- garlic – 2-3 cloves;
- cream – 200 g;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- spices – to taste;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
Preparation
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking chicken hearts in cream sauce. Peel and rinse the onion, garlic, and carrot. Rinse the chicken hearts, remove membranes, tubes, excess fat, and blood.

2. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil, add the onion, carrot, and garlic. Stir and sauté over medium heat until softened.

3. Then add the chicken hearts to the skillet and fry for another 10 minutes.

4. When all the hearts lighten on top, add salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Then add water to slightly cover the hearts with vegetables and stew under a lid for 40-50 minutes.

5. Essentially, the wings are already ready, now you just need to give them a creamy flavor and make the sauce tender and aromatic. To do this, pour the cream into the skillet, stir, bring to a boil under the lid, and then reduce without the lid for about 5-7 minutes. The sauce will thicken well during this time.

6. At the end, add some herbs and remove from heat.
