To prepare baked corn in foil in the oven, you will need the following ingredients:

  • corn - 5 ears;
  • pepper mix - to taste;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • salt - to taste.

  1. Thoroughly clean and rinse the corn. Cut the cobs into small rounds.

  2. Generously salt the corn. Pour water over the kernels and place on low heat. If the corn is young, it should be boiled for a quarter of an hour after boiling. If it is more mature - forty minutes.

  3. Dry the boiled corn with paper kitchen towels. Place the cobs on foil. Generously season the corn with pepper and butter. Place the prepared cobs in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the butter melts. You can bake the corn either in regular top mode or in "Grill" or "Grill + fan" mode. As soon as the butter melts, the corn in foil in the oven is ready. Optionally, you can bake until the cobs have a bright golden hue; the kernels will be sweeter but less juicy.
