
Crab stick rolls with cottage cheese
Crab stick rolls with cottage cheese are a simple snack. In principle, the filling can be different. There are recipes for similar rolls with egg and other products, and on the table, for variety, they can be placed side by side. The crab sticks should unwrap well, but not every manufacturer offers such a product. What to do if they do not unroll, we explain in our recipe.

Ingredients
- crab sticks - 200 g;
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- walnut - 20 g.
Preparation
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for making crab stick rolls with cottage cheese. Remove the skin from the garlic.

2. Cut the garlic clove into small cubes or pass it through a press.

3. Grate the walnuts on a fine grater.

4. Add the chopped garlic to the cottage cheese.

5. Mix everything well.

6. Carefully unwrap the crab sticks; if they rip or do not unroll, then dip them in hot water for 30 seconds. After such thermal treatment, they will unwrap and not tear.

7. Evenly spread the cottage cheese filling over each unwrapped crab stick.

8. Roll the sticks back to their original form.

9. Dip the ends of the rolled-up rolls in mayonnaise and then in grated walnuts. This way, decorate all the sticks.

10. Crab stick rolls with cottage cheese are ready.
