Cutlets with Oat Flakes

Cutlets with Oat Flakes

A very interesting and original variant of preparing familiar cutlets is cutlets with oat flakes. These cutlets contain neither flour nor potatoes, only swollen oatmeal, which gives the cutlets an interesting taste. Moreover, these cutlets are not cooked in a skillet but in the oven. In general, this is a great recipe to diversify your daily menu and surprise your household with an original dish. By the way, suggest they guess the ingredients of these cutlets; I am sure they won’t get it right at first.
