This preparation is easy to make, does not require sterilization, which, you must agree, significantly simplifies the canning process, especially in hot season. Pickled cucumbers with the aroma of parsley and garlic in tomato sauce turn out very appetizing and, of course, aromatic. It should be noted that you can adjust the spiciness of the cucumbers in tomato to your taste. - cucumbers – 2 kg;
- tomatoes – 2 kg;
- salt – 1 tbsp;
- sugar – 100 g;
- garlic – 1 – 2 heads;
- vegetable oil – 150 ml;
- hot pepper – 1 piece (optional);
- 9% vinegar – 25 ml;
- parsley – 1 bunch.
Preparation
- Wash the tomatoes (they must be ripe), then grind them into tomato puree using a meat grinder or blender. Pour the resulting tomato into a pot (preferably with a thick bottom, so the cucumber snack does not burn during cooking), set on medium heat and boil (from the moment of boiling) for 30 minutes.
