How the calculation works The calculator uses the Recepty.mobi food database. Measures are converted to grams, and values are shown for the whole dish, per 100 g and per serving. You can replace a product directly in the result. Values are estimates and are not medical advice.
Method version: 22 August 2026 To compare individual foods, use the protein table with values per 100 g and serving .

How to calculate recipe calories and macros The recipe analyzer calculates the calories and macronutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates) of any dish. Type or paste the list of ingredients with their amounts and get the result in seconds. Our database contains 6265 products.
This recipe calorie analyzer reads the full ingredient list and includes the amount of every item. It adds the energy and macronutrients of recognized foods, then shows calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates for the whole recipe, per 100 g and per serving.
Enter the ingredients. Use a separate line for each food, for example: chicken breast 500 g, rice 200 g, olive oil 20 g. Set servings and finished weight. Servings are used for the per-serving result. Finished weight makes the per-100-g value more realistic after cooking. Check the matches. After calculation, change any food, amount or measure that was recognized incorrectly. The totals update automatically. Finished weight, evaporation and calories per 100 g Cooking can change the weight of a dish without changing the total energy of the ingredients. Water may evaporate during baking or frying, while grains and pasta absorb water. Weigh the finished dish and enter that number to calculate a useful value per 100 g.
Grams, kilograms, spoons, cups and pieces The analyzer understands common recipe measures and converts them to grams. For the most accurate calculation, use a kitchen scale. The weight of one spoon, cup or piece depends on the food, so always check the recognized amount in the result.
If an ingredient is not recognized Use a simple food name without a brand or cooking description, then select the closest suitable item. For example, try "black pepper" instead of a long phrase. You can also replace a match directly in the result.
Whole dish, per 100 g and per serving The whole-dish total is the sum of all ingredients. The per-100-g value uses the finished weight. The per-serving value divides the whole recipe by the selected number of servings. For one separate food, use the food calorie calculator .
Frequently asked questions Should ingredients be weighed raw or cooked? Enter the state that matches the selected food in the database. For a recipe assembled before cooking, raw ingredient weights are usually the clearest choice. Then enter the final cooked weight separately.
How do I account for evaporation? Calculate all ingredients first, weigh the finished dish and enter its actual weight. The analyzer will recalculate the nutrition per 100 g while keeping the whole-dish total unchanged.
Why can the result differ from a food label? Brands, fat content, moisture and serving sizes vary. Select the closest database item and replace it when necessary. Values are estimates for meal planning, not laboratory measurements.
Is the calculator free? The main recipe calculation, editing ingredients and viewing nutrition for the dish, 100 g and one serving are free and do not require registration.
