- 5 egg whites;
- 100 g flour;
- 1/2 tsp baking powder;
- 1/2 tsp vanilla;
- 20 g cornstarch;
- 100 g sugar;
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice;
- 1/3 tsp salt.
Preparation
- Take the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance, as we need room temperature egg whites for this recipe. Place the egg whites in the mixing bowl, add salt, a little lemon juice, or you can use a substitute - citric acid. Start whipping the egg whites on the lowest mixer speed until a lot of bubbles appear.
