
Cheese soup with sausages and processed cheese
A quick to prepare cheese soup with sausages and processed cheese will always be a lifesaver when there is no time for cooking. Very tasty, tender soup. The flavor of the soup can be changed by adding cheese of various additives. If you want a more aromatic soup, take smoked sausages.

Ingredients
- fillet sausages - 130 g;
- processed cheese - 1 piece (90 g);
- potatoes - 200 g;
- onion - 50 g;
- carrot - 50 g;
- butter - 30 g;
- parsley - 3 sprigs;
- salt;
- dry garlic - a pinch;
- bread - 2 slices;
- water 750 ml.
Preparation
1. Prepare the products for the cheese soup with sausages. Take soft, creamy cheese for the soup, and of course, high quality.

2. Peel the potatoes. Rinse the potato tubers and cut them into sticks.

3. Place the potato sticks in a saucepan and cover with water. Put on the stove, wait for boiling, reduce heat, and cook the potatoes for 10 minutes.

4. Peel the onion from the husk, cut into pieces. Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.

5. Heat a frying pan. Add 15 g of butter to the pan and lightly sauté the onion with the carrot until soft.

6. Cut the cheese into small cubes.

7. Add the cheese cubes to the boiling broth with the potatoes, stirring until the cheese dissolves.

8. Transfer the sautéed vegetables from the frying pan to the saucepan.

9. Cut the sausages into thin rounds.

10. Add the sausage rounds to the saucepan.

11. Add salt to taste and cook the soup for 3-5 minutes.

12. Add chopped herbs and turn off the heat. The cheese soup with sausages and processed cheese is ready. Let it sit for a while.

13. To serve the soup, prepare croutons. For this, cut the bread into small cubes. Sauté in butter, stirring the croutons, until golden brown. During frying, add dry garlic.

14. Pour the soup into bowls. Place the sautéed croutons in a separate dish, serve with the soup.
