- crab sticks - 200 g;
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
- processed cheese - 1 pcs;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- walnuts - 30 g;
- mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.
Preparation
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for making crab stick rolls with egg. Boil the eggs and remove the shells, and remove the skin from the garlic. Freeze the processed cheese so it will be easier to grate.

2. Grate three chicken eggs using a vegetable grater.

3. Grate the frozen processed cheese on a fine grater.

4. Also, using a fine grater, mash two cloves of garlic.

5. Chop thirty grams of walnuts by any convenient method. We used a fine grater.

6. Mix the grated eggs, garlic, processed cheese with three tablespoons of mayonnaise in a bowl.

7. Next, carefully unfold the crab sticks. If they tear while unfolding, we recommend dipping them in hot water for 30-40 seconds. After this procedure, they will not tear and will unfold easily.

8. Spread the filling in a thin layer on the opened crab stick.

9. Roll the crab stick into a roll with the filling inside. Do the same with all the crab rolls.

10. Now dip each roll alternately on both ends in mayonnaise and immediately in grated walnuts. Do this with all the rolls.

11. Crab stick rolls with egg are ready.
