
How to dye eggs in onion peel
This is perhaps the most common way to dye without chemicals, where eggs are simply boiled in onion peels, evenly covered with a dark orange color. But how to dye eggs in onion peel in an unusual way?

Cooking time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- onion peel – 2 handfuls;
- white office paper A4 – 1 sheet;
- gauze.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients. It is better to take white eggs – the pattern will be more visible on them.

2. Wash the eggs with soda.

3. Cut the onion peel into smaller pieces with scissors.

4. For convenience, cut the paper into strips, and then chop them into small pieces.

5. Mix all the cuttings.

6. Place a little paper-onion peel mixture on a piece of gauze. Put an egg on top.

7. Raise the gauze ends up and add more prepared cuttings.

8. Tightly twist the gauze top and secure it with threads.

9. Prepare all the eggs this way. Cut off the long gauze tail, but not too close to the threads.

10. Place the prepared items in an old pot and fill with cold water to the top of the eggs.

11. After boiling, cook the eggs in the onion bags for 10 minutes. The water should not be boiling too vigorously. Usually, a little salt is added to the pot to prevent the shells from cracking, but in this case, the eggs are tightly packed with onion shavings, so they are not at risk of leaking.

12. After boiling, transfer the items to ice-cold water.

13. Cut open the gauze cocoon.

14. Rinse the eggs in water.

15. To give a glossy shine, wipe them with any vegetable oil.
