  • flour – 1/3 cup;
  • salt – ¾ tsp.

Preparation

1. The combined technology is convenient in that it allows you to prepare a piece of meat cut from any part of the pork carcass. Even the direction of the meat fibers in the cut will not matter much.

2. Slice the champignons into thick plates and sauté in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes, sprinkling with a small pinch of salt.

9. The cutlets are covered with cucumber slices. It is preferable to use sharp pickled cucumbers, the thickness of the circles is 3-4 millimeters.

10. The champignons are arranged in such a way that all the cucumbers are covered by mushrooms. The cheese crust should bake directly on the mushrooms, barely touching the cucumbers.

11. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and generously sprinkle it over the cutlets.

12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake the cutlets for 15 minutes.
