  • carrot - 80 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • green onion - 2 stalks;
  • dried ginger - 0.5 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp;
  • salt;
  • water - 0.5 cup (cup volume 200 ml).

6. It is best to cook in a Wok pan. If you don't have such a skillet, you can use a deep skillet with a thick bottom. Heat a little vegetable oil in the wok. Add the onion and garlic and sauté, stirring, until lightly golden.

7. Add pepper, carrot, green onion, and chicken. Fry everything together until the pieces of meat begin to brown.

8. Now add the ginger, pour in the soy sauce and water. Mix all the ingredients, adding salt if needed.

9. Cover with a lid, stirring, simmer until the vegetables are soft and the sauce thickens.

10. Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked noodles in a colander.

11. Then transfer the noodles to the stewed vegetables with chicken. Mix and simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes. At the end, stir again.
