
Zucchini Roll with Mince
There are many interesting dishes whose main component is zucchini. However, the zucchini roll with mince is a true culinary masterpiece made from zucchini. After all, the dish is not only beautiful but also very tasty and juicy. Preparing such a roll is not a quick task. However, this dish is worth it.

For preparing the zucchini roll with mince, the following ingredients are needed:
- large zucchini – 4 pcs;
- chicken eggs – 3 pcs;
- salt – 2 tsp;
- wheat flour – 1 cup;
- sunflower oil – 2 tbsp;
- large onion – 1 pc;
- chicken mince – 500 g;
- mayonnaise (or homemade mayonnaise), ketchup – for decorating the dish.
Preparation
- Line the baking sheet with special parchment paper, and then thoroughly grease it with sunflower oil. The roll base cannot be baked without paper, as it will stick to the bottom of the baking sheet, and removing it will be nearly impossible. Transfer the zucchini puree onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten it with a spatula. The chopped zucchini should be spread out quite thinly on the baking sheet. In this case, the snack will turn out tastier.
- Place the baking sheet with the zucchini base in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake it for about half an hour. While the zucchini base is baking, prepare the meat filling. Remove the outer layer of the onion, wash it, and cut it into thin cubes. Sauté the chopped onion in a pan lightly greased with vegetable oil. When the onion is browned, add the chicken mince to it.
- The snack "Fantasy" is served both cold and warm. Before serving, cut the roll into small portion slices, arrange them on a flat dish, and sprinkle with fresh herbs, such as green onions, basil, or dill.
