- carrot – 1 pc;
- onion – 1 pc;
- chicken fillet – 300 g;
- greens – 2 sprigs;
- celery stalks – 2-3 pcs;
- salt – to taste.
- potato – 3 pcs;
- bell pepper – 1 pc;
- vegetable oil – 5 tbsp.
Preparation
- Thoroughly rinse all the vegetables and greens under running tap water. Peel the onion, remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Peel the carrot. We will use chicken fillet in our work, and two pieces will be just enough.
- Pea soup with chicken according to the classic recipe is ready, and we will immediately pour it into deep plates. We will sprinkle the hot surface of the soup with finely chopped greens (we used fresh green onion feathers and a fragrant basil sprig).
