  • herbs - a few sprigs;
  • salt.

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list to make chicken heart soup.

  2. Remove vessels and excess fat from the chicken hearts. Thoroughly rinse the hearts and place them in a pot. Pour water into the pot with the hearts and put it on high heat. Wait for it to boil, then skim off all the foam with a slotted spoon. After that, reduce the heat, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer the hearts on low heat for 1 hour.

  3. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and then cut them into small cubes.

  4. After the time has passed, add the potatoes to the broth with the hearts and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Peel and wash the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into small pieces, and the carrot into sticks.

  6. Sauté the onion and carrot in oil until they are completely soft (about 3-4 minutes).
