
Turkey noodle soup with potatoes
A delicious hot turkey soup with noodles and potatoes for winter cold days - it warms you up and gives you strength. Noodle soup is loved by both adults and children. A great lunch for the whole family.

Ingredients
- turkey - 200 g;
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs;
- onion - 1 pc;
- carrot - 0.1 pc;
- thin noodles - 40 g;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- allspice and black pepper - a few peas;
- salt;
- stems and roots of parsley, celery;
- water - 0.8 l;
- greens - a few sprigs.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients for the turkey noodle soup. If the turkey is frozen, thaw it in advance.

2. Rinse and place the turkey in a small pot. Add the pepper peas, roots, and stems here. At the beginning of boiling, foam forms, which we remove with a spoon. Now reduce the heat to minimum, then cover the pot with a lid and cook the turkey broth for about 1 hour.

3. Peel the carrot and onion from the skin and rinse them under running water. Grate the carrot on a medium grater, and finely chop the onion.

4. Place the chopped vegetables in a heated pan with oil (vegetable). Stirring, fry until soft.

5. Peel the potatoes, and cut the tubers into small cubes.

6. Remove the cooked turkey from the broth and place it on a separate plate.

7. Add the potatoes to the broth and cook for 10 minutes.

8. Add the fried vegetables to the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.

9. Remove the bones from the boiled turkey on the plate, then cut it into small pieces and add to the soup.

10. Salt the soup.

11. Wait for it to boil, add the thin noodles to the soup, and cook for 3 minutes.

12. Then add the chopped greens to the pot and turn off the heat. Let the soup sit for 5 minutes.

13. The turkey soup with noodles and potatoes is ready. Serve with fresh greens.
