
Frozen vegetable soup with chicken

Ingredients
- frozen vegetables – 370 g;
- 250 g chicken fillet;
- parsley – for garnish;
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
- potatoes – 450 g;
- 70 g onion;
- pepper mix;
- salt;
- water – 1.5 l.

Preparation
1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and place it in a pot.

2. Pour water over the chicken fillet.

3. Boil the chicken breast for ten minutes.

4. Peel and dice the potatoes.

5. Add the potatoes to the soup and cook for about fifteen minutes.

6. Peel the onion and dice it.

7. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add the onion, and sauté until golden.

8. Add the vegetables to the pan with the onion.

9. Sauté the vegetables for three to four minutes.

10. Add the sautéed vegetables to the soup.

11. Add salt and pepper mix to the soup.

12. Cook the soup for about five minutes until ready.
