
Ramen Soup with Chicken
Ramen Soup with Chicken – a very tasty Japanese soup with noodles. Soft noodles with pieces of chicken, immersed in aromatic broth. There are many variations of Ramen. In this interpretation, we will use chicken fillet, noodles, chicken broth, garlic, and soy sauce.

Ingredients
- chicken fillet - 300 g;
- noodles (from hard wheat) - 100 g (2 "nests");
- onion - ½ piece;
- carrot - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- cilantro stems - 1 bunch;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp;
- salt;
- pepper;
- chicken broth - 0.5 l.
For serving:
- boiled chicken egg;
- green onion - a few sprigs.
Preparation
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for making Ramen Soup with Chicken.

2. Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Peel the carrot, cut it into thin strips, and add to the pot. Peel half of the onion and add it here with the cilantro stems. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Remove the onion and stems, discard them. Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into the broth. After boiling, turn off the heat. Taste and add salt if necessary.

4. While the broth is cooking, prepare the chicken for Ramen soup. Cut the chicken fillet into fairly thin slices, add pepper and salt.

5. In heated oil, carefully place the chicken slices and fry on high heat on one side. Flip, then add finely chopped garlic, and fry the meat on the other side.

6. Place the "nests" of noodles in a small saucepan. Pour boiling water over the "nests" so that the water barely covers the noodles. Then cook in salted water until ready according to the package instructions. Usually, they are ready in 3-5 minutes.

7. Carefully remove the "nests" from the water to keep their shape.

8. Place a portion of noodles and slices of fried chicken with garlic in each bowl. Add the carrot from the broth.

9. Pour broth over it, then sprinkle with chopped green onion. Ramen Soup with Chicken is ready.

10. Add halves of a boiled egg, either hard-boiled or with a runny yolk. Serve various sauces with the Ramen. Enjoy your meal!
