Ingredients
- salmon - 600 g;
- cream - 200 ml;
- hard cheese - 70 g;
- flour - 1 tablespoon;
- fish spices - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - a pinch;
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
Preparation
1. Prepare all necessary ingredients. Defrost the salmon naturally, it’s best to leave it overnight in the refrigerator or for a few hours at room temperature, but I do not recommend defrosting the fish in warm water or especially in the microwave.

2. You can bake the salmon in cream sauce as steaks or as fillets. I prefer the latter option, so you need to remove the skin from the fish along with the fins, remove all the insides, take out the backbone and small bones. Only 2 fillets remain, which should be cut in half to make it convenient to place them in the dish.

3. For the sauce, first mix approximately 50 ml of cream with flour, stir until smooth. Then add spices, a bit of vegetable oil, and grated hard cheese. You can also add finely chopped dill or other herbs if desired. Add the remaining cream and mix everything well.

4. Place the salmon fillets in a small baking dish so that the fillets fit tightly in it. Salt to taste.

5. Pour all the prepared sauce over.

6. Cover the baking dish with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

7. The delicious baked salmon in creamy sauce is ready! It turned out to be incredibly tender, juicy, and aromatic. Be sure to try it!
