Ingredients

  • cauliflower – 1 small head;
  • broccoli – 1 small head;
  • eggs – 1 pc;
  • sour cream 15-20 % - 4 tbsp;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • salt – to taste;
  • herbs de Provence – 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 20 ml.

Preparation

1. Any types of cheese, differing in density and sharpness, can be used for the sauce. Preference should be given to fatty varieties.

2. Cut the florets from the head of cauliflower, rinse them under running water.

3. Although the stem of broccoli is considered edible, it is not needed for baking. Cut off the florets and rinse them thoroughly in water.

4. Toss the broccoli and cauliflower into a pot when the salted water boils, cooking for exactly 4 minutes at a strong boil.

5. For one minute, toss the florets in cold water. This is only necessary so that you can arrange the vegetables in the baking dish without burning your fingers.

6. Grease the ceramic dish with oil, paying special attention to the bottom. During baking, the lower part of the florets will soak in the vegetable oil.

8. Mash the cheese with a fork or grate it.

14. Spoon the sauce onto the florets. To prevent the sauce from running down and to set immediately on the florets, place the cabbage in a hot oven. Temperature - 180 degrees.

15. Remove the dish when the cheese crust on the florets has baked and turned golden. With convection on, this will happen in 15 minutes; without convection – in 20-25 minutes.
