
Milk soup with vermicelli
When you need to quickly prepare breakfast or lunch, cook milk soup with vermicelli. It will take little time, but you will get a full meal. The combination of milk and pasta is a good lunch option for both adults and children. According to our recipe, the soup is tasty.

Ingredients
- milk – 500 ml;
- vermicelli – 100 g;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- salt – 1/2 tsp;
- butter – optionally.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients for the milk soup with vermicelli. You can use milk of any fat content. We used whole milk with a fat content of 3.6% for cooking.

2. Place a pot with milk on maximum heat and bring to a boil.

3. Add a teaspoon of sugar to the pot with milk.

4. Add half a teaspoon of salt and stir everything together.

5. Add 100 grams of vermicelli to the milk. Set the heat to medium. Stirring continuously, cook until done. The cooking time is indicated on the package of vermicelli. In our case, it is 3 minutes.

6. Pour the finished milk soup with vermicelli into bowls and serve. Optionally, add a piece of butter, it can be melted.
