
Soup with canned red beans
Today we will cook a delicious and hearty soup with canned red beans. This will save us a lot of time. Let's make this soup from red beans with the addition of tomato paste. We get a beautiful and appetizing soup. If you take beans in sauce (tomato), then you can skip the tomato paste and just add the beans to the soup along with the sauce.

Ingredients
- canned red beans - 160 g;
- chicken - 200-300 g;
- potatoes - 3 pcs. (400 g);
- onion - 60 g;
- carrot - 60 g;
- tomato paste - 1 dessert spoon;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- herbs - 2/3 bunch;
- salt;
- black pepper;
- water - 1 l.
Preparation
1. Prepare the products according to the list for making soup with canned red beans.

2. Pour water into a pot. Rinse the meat and place it in the water, put on a sufficiently high heat, and wait for it to boil. Then, after boiling, remove the foam from the surface of the liquid. Reduce heat, cover the pot with a lid and cook the meat until ready, 40 min. If the chicken is homemade, then increase the time. While the meat is cooking, we will prepare the other ingredients for the soup.

3. Peel and wash a small onion and carrot (if the carrot is large, you can cut half of it for the soup). Grate the carrot, and chop the onion into small pieces with a knife.

4. We will prepare a sauté for the soup. Pour oil into the frying pan, then heat it and fry the vegetables, stirring, for 3 min. Add the tomato paste.

5. Stir, sauté the mixture with the tomato paste for 2-3 min. Remove the frying pan from the heat.

6. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces (small).

7. Transfer the boiled meat from the broth to a plate to cool. From the cooled meat, remove the bones, cut the meat into cubes, and cover it with a lid to prevent drying out.

8. Pour the potatoes into the pot with the broth and cook for 15 min.

9. Then add the sauté to the soup, and cook for 5 min.

10. Transfer the canned beans to a strainer to drain all the liquid. Add the beans to the soup. Wait for it to boil, cook the soup with beans for 3-5 min.

11. Add pieces of meat to the soup.

12. Wait for it to boil, now add the herbs and turn off the heat. The soup with canned red beans is quite ready.

13. Pour the soup into bowls.
