  • onion – 1 pc;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • mustard – 1.5 tsp;
  • tomato paste – 1 tsp;
  • ground ginger – 1/2 tsp;
  • paprika – 1/2 tsp;
  • curry – 1/2 tsp;
  • hot ground pepper – 1/4 tsp;
  • black ground pepper – 1-2 pinches;
  • honey – 2 tsp;
  • salt – 1-2 pinches;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the ribs, pat dry, and cut into pieces for placing in the multicooker. Peel the onion and garlic.

  2. Add 1-2 pinches of salt to the ribs and mix everything.

  3. Set the multicooker to the "fry" mode for about 20-50 minutes, depending on the power of your multicooker, as the ribs may fry sooner or later. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl.

  4. When the bowl is heated, place the pork ribs in it. If there are many ribs, fry them in parts on both sides until browned.

  5. While the ribs are frying, we will prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, add 1.5 teaspoons of mustard.

  14. After the frying mode is completed, pour 1 multicooker cup of boiled water over the ribs.

  15. Add the sauce and mix everything. Turn on the stewing mode in the multicooker for 50-60 minutes.

  17. After about 15-20 minutes, open the multicooker lid and add the chopped onion and garlic to the pork ribs. Mix the vegetables with the ribs. Cover with a lid and wait for the stewing program to finish.
