- 1 onion;
- 80 g white bread;
- 130 ml milk;
- 1 tbsp salt (without a slide);
- ½ tsp ground pepper;
- 1 clove of garlic.

Preparation
1. The missing juiciness can be added to the beef patties with the help of bread. Usually, white bread or a baguette is used. Cut off the crusts from the slices of bread, and crumble the crumb with your hands into small pieces. Pour the milk over the bread and let it sit until needed.

2. If you don't have minced meat yet, now is the perfect time to grind the meat through a meat grinder. Leave the minced meat in a bowl, it's best to add a small piece of ground fat or 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. This step is not mandatory, but it will make the patties even juicier. Grate the onion on a coarse grater, and pass the garlic through a fine grater or a press. Add the vegetables and the squeezed bread to the minced meat. Season the meat with spices and add salt.

3. Bring the minced meat to homogeneity by actively mixing with your hands. You can additionally pour in 20-30 ml of cold water into the thick minced meat, which will give the patties a bit more moisture.

4. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil. With hands moistened in water, shape the patties into the desired form and place them in the dish. If you want a noticeable crust, coat the patties in breadcrumbs or flour beforehand. Do not place the patties too closely; there should be at least 0.5 cm of space between them. Send the patties to a hot oven. Let them cook for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The baking time may be increased if your patties are larger in size.

5. It's time to take the patties out, look how browned they have become! Beef patties in the oven according to this recipe turn out juicy and moderately spicy. They go well with any side dishes, and their taste is perfect even cold. Enjoy your meal!
