Chicken cutlets with cottage cheese
Looking for a recipe for really tasty cutlets? Try making them from chicken fillet with the addition of cottage cheese. It is thanks to the cottage cheese (by the way, don't worry, its taste is not felt in the dish at all) that such cutlets turn out tender and soft. If you want the chicken cutlets with cottage cheese to be truly dietary, then instead of frying them in vegetable oil, steam them. They will also turn out very delicious.
Preparation time: 55 minutes.

Yield: 3 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 piece of chicken fillet;
- 3-4 tbsp of breadcrumbs;
- 250 g of cottage cheese (any fat content);
- 1 egg;
- salt, ground pepper (to taste);
- 3-4 tbsp of vegetable oil;
- 1 onion.
Preparation
1. Rinse the chicken fillet under cold water, slightly dry it. Then cut it into a few pieces and chop it into chicken mince (this can be done using a blender or a meat grinder).

2. Peel a large onion, rinse it under water, cut it (for greater convenience), and also chop it.

3. In a separate bowl, place the chopped onion, chicken mince, and cottage cheese.

4. Add a fresh egg, salt, and ground pepper (other spices can also be used if desired), and then be sure to mix the mixture thoroughly until homogeneous, so that there are no lumps of cottage cheese in the mince.

5. From the prepared mince, form chicken cutlets with cottage cheese (choose the shape of the cutlets as you wish). For greater convenience, before shaping a new cutlet, dip your hands in water (this way the mince won't stick to your hands, and it will be easier to shape the cutlets).

6. Roll the formed cutlets in breadcrumbs on all sides.

7. After that, immediately place them in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry the cutlets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

8. Remove the finished chicken cutlets with cottage cheese from the skillet. If desired, they can be slightly stewed before serving. Enjoy your meal!
