You can use any juice – with or without pulp, homemade or store-bought. If the juice seems sour (orange, lemon), you can add sugar to the overall composition to taste.

  • strawberry juice – 250 ml;
  • pumpkin juice with pulp – 250 ml;
  • purified water – 150-200 ml;
  • instant gelatin – 2 tablespoons.

1. Prepare the ingredients for making jelly from juice with gelatin. Instant gelatin can be replaced with regular gelatin, but it will take a little longer to swell.

2. Dissolve a tablespoon of gelatin in 75-100 milliliters of water and let it swell.

3. After about 10 minutes, instant gelatin will absorb all the moisture, while regular gelatin will take about 20 minutes.

4. Heat the gelatin in the microwave in short bursts (20 seconds each) until it becomes liquid. You can also do this in a water bath. Watch to ensure the solution does not boil. Then pour the resulting hot liquid into the strawberry juice and stir.

5. Now the strawberry mixture needs to be poured into clear glasses, which can be secured at a tilt for added interest so that the jelly sets at an angle. Carefully transfer the entire setup to the refrigerator.

6. After approximately 45 minutes, the strawberry jelly will stabilize, and the glasses can be placed on a flat surface.

7. Likewise, dissolve the remaining gelatin in water and after it swells, heat it in the microwave or in a water bath. Pour the hot gelatin solution into the pumpkin juice and stir.

8. Divide the orange juice into 3 glasses and return them to the refrigerator.

9. After 45 minutes, all the jelly will be ready.
