To prepare it, you only need a minimal and quite accessible set of products – eggs and milk. You just need to mix them and put them in the oven, while the omelet is baking, you can attend to your own affairs.

Ingredients

  • eggs C 1 – 6 pcs;
  • milk – 300-340 g;
  • butter for greasing – 10 g;
  • fine salt – a pinch.

Preparation

1. Prepare the ingredients. It’s not necessary to take them out of the fridge in advance – the temperature of the products can be any. Immediately turn on the oven to 190 degrees.

2. To achieve a fluffy omelet, the weight of the eggs and milk must be equal. Therefore, crack the eggs into a bowl and weigh them. If you don’t have scales, you can use an approximate formula – 1 medium egg requires 50-55 ml of milk.

3. Weigh the same amount of milk as the eggs.

4. Pour the eggs and milk into a mixing bowl, and add salt.

5. Now you just need to mix the mixture with a whisk, but under no circumstances should you beat it.

6. To make the omelet tall, you need to choose the right baking dish. The height of the egg mixture in it should be 3-3.5 centimeters, and the shape's geometry doesn’t matter – it can be round, rectangular, or even triangular at the base. Grease the bottom and sides of the container with butter.

7. Pour the eggs with milk into it.

8. Place the dish on the middle rack of the oven. During baking, the omelet will rise, but after cooling, it will settle somewhat.

9. After 40 minutes, take out the dish and let it cool slightly. Then the omelet can be cut into portions.
