  • milk – 0.5 l;
  • sausages – 4 pcs;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
  • salt – to taste;
  • paprika – to taste.

Preparation

  1. To prepare this dish, you will need dryers in the amount of 36 pieces. Choose dryers that tightly fit the sausage or half of the sausage cut lengthwise. The sausage should be held in the dryer.

  2. Pour all the dryers into a deep bowl, cover with milk, and let soak for 10-12 minutes. Then drain the milk.

  3. Cut the sausages lengthwise into halves.

  4. On each half of the sausage, string 6 soaked dryers. The distance between the dryers on the sausage is 3-4 mm.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place our preparations on it. Sprinkle with salt and paprika to taste.
