Bright, with a spicy taste, the easy-to-make lavash roll with Korean carrots will come in handy in any situation. It is suitable for a festive table, a family dinner, or a quick snack outdoors.
The easiest way to make such a roll is to make it double-layered: spread one lavash with the first filling (egg, cheese, and mayonnaise), and the second with Korean carrots. Place these two layers on top of each other and roll them up.

Ingredients
- thin lavash – 1 package (2 lavashes of 80 g each);
- Korean carrots – 120 g;
- hard cheese – 115 g;
- green onions – 15 g;
- thick mayonnaise – 80 g;
- eggs C 1 – 2 pcs.
Cooking
1. Prepare the ingredients for making the lavash roll with Korean carrots. If the lavash package consists of one large layer, it needs to be cut in half. Korean carrots can be prepared yourself or bought ready-made.

2. Immediately boil the eggs for 8 minutes. After cooling them in cold water, chop into medium cubes.

3. Chop the green onions.

4. Grate the cheese finely.

5. Place the eggs, cheese, and mayonnaise in one container.

6. Mix everything until homogeneous.

7. Unroll the first lavash. With a spoon, spread dollops of the egg filling on it, which is quite thick and dense.

8. Now it will be easier to spread it over the entire surface of the flatbread, using a knife or the back of a spoon.

9. Cover the first layer with the second lavash.

10. Distribute the Korean carrots on top.

11. Sprinkle with green onions.

12. Roll up the roll. You can start from either the short side of the flatbread or the long one (the roll will just end up longer or thicker).

13. Next, tightly wrap the preparation in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

14. After the specified time, the lavash will be well soaked with the filling and will firm up. Now it can be cut into portioned pieces. It’s best to do this without removing the film, so the pieces turn out more neat, and the packaging is very easy to remove afterward.

An appetizer like the lavash roll with Korean carrots looks impressive when served. The sharp and spicy taste of the carrots perfectly enhances the delicate cheese and egg spread and also helps to maintain the spiral shape of the cut pieces. Be sure to try it. Enjoy your meal!
