- starch - 1 tbsp;

Preparation
- Buy chilled chicken wings. It is advisable to take large, meaty chicken wings. Make sure that the wings are light pink in color, without any dark spots. Wash the wings thoroughly under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Cut off the sharp tip of the wing at the joint, which may burn during the preparation of the snack. Now (also at the joint), cut each wing in half. Rub the wings with a pinch of salt and spices for chicken.
