Yield: 2 servings.
Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- kefir - 300 ml;
- dry yeast - 8 g;
- salt - 0.5 tsp;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- flour - 350 g.
Preparation
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use first-grade flour. For pizza dough, it's better to sift the flour a few times to aerate it. I sift it once into a bowl where I measure the amount, and the second time - directly into the dough.

2. Heat the kefir to a temperature of about 35 degrees. Otherwise, the yeast won’t work as needed. Add the yeast, salt, and sugar to the kefir. Mix well.

3. Then add the vegetable oil. Olive oil is ideal, but you can also use sunflower oil.

4. Sift the flour in parts, mixing as you go. Don’t add all the flour at once to avoid stiffening the dough with excess flour.

5. When it becomes difficult to mix with a whisk, transfer the dough to a work surface and knead it by hand. Don’t add more flour than stated in the recipe; we need to achieve soft, elastic dough. To make it easier to knead the dough, you can grease your hands with vegetable oil.

6. Transfer the finished dough to a small bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes to rise.

7. After 20 minutes, take the dough out of the bowl and knead it again. Now the pizza dough with kefir and yeast is ready, and you can start baking. Enjoy your cooking.
