Ingredients
- white mushrooms (penny buns) – 720 grams;
- black peppercorns – a pinch;
- cloves – 2 pcs;
- 9% vinegar – 2 tbsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- salt – 1 tbsp heaping.
Cooking
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take white mushrooms and thoroughly wash them under cold water to remove any traces of dirt and debris.

2. Now cut the white mushrooms into medium cubes.

3. Transfer the chopped white mushrooms to a deep pot and add two cups of water.

4. Place the pot with the mushrooms over medium heat and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Then boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes. And don’t forget to remove the foam that appears.

5. Now drain the mushrooms in a colander and rinse them well under cold water.

6. Return the mushrooms back to the pot.

7. Pour in water so that it covers the mushrooms by about 1 centimeter.

8. Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil. After boiling, cook the mushrooms for 20 minutes, occasionally removing the foam that appears.

9. Add salt and sugar.

10. Add the black peppercorns and cloves, then stir everything well. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the contents for another 10 minutes.

11. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the pot, stir everything well. After that, cover with a lid and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

12. Fill the previously sterilized jar with our mushrooms, then pour the marinade to the top and close the jar with a sterilized lid.

13. Turn the jar upside down and leave it in that position until completely cool.
