This is an easy way to get a delicious addition to the main dish. The tomatoes will be ready in a couple of days — during this time they will be well soaked and their taste will be rich. Any variety of tomatoes will do for this salting, even small cherry ones.

tomatoes – 1 kg;
dill – 30 g;
salt – 1 tbsp;
sugar – 1 tsp;
garlic – 2 cloves.
Preparation
Prepare the necessary products for making lightly salted tomatoes in a bag. Wash and dry the tomatoes and dill with a paper towel. Remove the skin from the garlic.
Cut the tomatoes crosswise from the opposite side of the stem. Trim the stem, making diagonal cuts.
Chop the garlic finely.
Finely chop the dill.
Place half of the chopped dill at the bottom of the plastic bag and add the tomatoes on top.
Next, sprinkle the tomatoes with the remaining dill, add the crushed garlic, one tablespoon of salt, and one teaspoon of sugar.
Tie the bag and gently shake it so that everything mixes evenly inside. Leave it at room temperature for two days, periodically shaking the bag.
The lightly salted tomatoes in the bag are ready. Transfer them to a plate and serve.
