Ingredients

- thyme, savory - 2 tbsp;
- honey - 1 tbsp;

Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients from the list for baking the turkey fillet in foil.

2. Rinse the piece of turkey fillet under cool running water and dry it well with paper towels. Rub the fillet with a pinch of salt. Mix the honey and fragrant herbs. If the honey is crystallized, hold it in a water bath until it becomes liquid. Rub the fillet with the resulting mixture on all sides.
