  • honey (liquid) – 3 tsp;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • ground paprika – 1.5 tsp;
  • salt – 1/2 tsp;
  • curry (optional) – 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet.

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix half a teaspoon of salt with 1.5 teaspoons of ground paprika.

  2. Using a press, crush two cloves of garlic into a separate bowl.

  3. Rub the ribs well with salt, paprika, and crushed garlic.

  4. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with foil. Grease the foil with vegetable oil. Brush the ribs with liquid honey on all sides and place them on the baking sheet.

  5. Cover with foil and send to a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes (depending on their thickness) at a temperature of 180 degrees.

  6. After 30 minutes, take the ribs out of the oven and check for readiness. Pierce the meat with a knife, and if clear liquid without blood comes out, then the baked pork ribs are ready. Put the dish back in the oven for another ten minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees without covering with foil.

  7. Cut the finished baked ribs along the bones and place them on a plate.
