- young zucchini – 3 pcs. (medium);
- onion – 1 pcs. (large) or 2 pcs. (medium);
- minced meat (pork + beef) – 350 g;
- boiled rice – 150 g;
- tomato paste – 70 g;
- tomatoes – 4-5 pcs. (medium) or about 10 pcs. (small);
- salt – to taste;
- black ground pepper – to taste;
- spices for minced meat – 1-2 tsp;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- allspice – 5-6 pcs;
- young garlic – 2-3 cloves;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs.
Preparation
- The sauce can be prepared from tomato paste and sour cream. But during the season of young vegetables, the sauce can be made even more beneficial and tasty.
