Regular carbonated water without mineralization can also be used, as long as it has plenty of bubbles.

  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • carbonated mineral water – 1 l;
  • dill – 30 g;
  • salt – 2 tbsp.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the necessary products for making slightly salted cucumbers in mineral water. Remove the skins from three cloves of garlic, rinse and dry the dill, and choose medium or highly carbonated mineral water.

  2. Trim the stems of the dill. Place half of the prepared dill into a suitable container.

  3. Add the cucumbers to the dill, having previously cut off their ends.

  4. Slice the three cloves of garlic into thin pieces.

  5. Add the garlic slices to the vegetables.

  6. Lay the remaining half of the prepared dill on top.

  7. Mix one liter of mineral water with two tablespoons of salt.
