Yield: 4 servings.
Preparation time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- spaghetti (or other pasta) – 200 g;
- minced meat (any) – 300 g;
- 20% cream – 250 ml;
- vegetable oil for frying – 40 ml;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- hard cheese – 85 g;
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients for making the pasta sauce. Instead of spaghetti, you can use pasta of any shape and length – it will not affect the taste. It's better to choose cream with a fat content of at least 20 percent (the fattier, the tastier the pasta will be).

2. Grate the cheese.

3. Mince the garlic with a knife.

4. In heated oil, add the minced meat. Use a spatula to break apart the forming clumps, frying them over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.

5. At the end, add garlic.

6. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil, stirring the mixture constantly.

7. As soon as the first boiling bubbles appear – add the cheese in parts, quickly stir the sauce and remove it from the heat.

8. Bring water to a boil in a pot, and salt it.

9. Drop the spaghetti into the boiling water and cook until ready (this will take about 5 minutes).

10. Drain the pasta through a colander.

11. And transfer to the pan with the meat sauce.

12. Mix everything well. The pasta will absorb the creamy flavor, become juicy and nutritious, and the minced meat will add heartiness to this simple dish.

You can prepare this pasta sauce even faster if you have pre-fried minced meat and cheese shavings in the refrigerator. At the right moment, you just need to boil the pasta, pour the minced meat with cream, sprinkle with cheese, warm everything up, and a hearty and tasty dinner is ready.
