Ingredients
- crab sticks - 200 grams;
- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 1 clove (large);
- processed cheese - 1 piece (80 grams);
- mayonnaise (homemade) - 2 tablespoons.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients for the Raffaello snack made of crab sticks. Remove the shells from the hard-boiled eggs. Peel the garlic. It is best to use homemade.

2. Using a vegetable grater with small cells, grate the crab sticks. To make it easier to grate the crab sticks, you can freeze them beforehand. Set aside a third of the total grated sticks - it will be used separately.

3. Pass the hard-boiled chicken eggs through the same grater.

4. Grate the previously frozen processed cheese on this grater as well.

5. It is best to chop the garlic using a press or a fine grater.

6. Transfer most of the crab sticks and the other prepared ingredients into a convenient dish. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise here as well.

7. Mix everything well.

8. Form balls from the prepared mixture with your hands. If the mixture sticks to your hands, wet your hands with water. Aim to make balls of the same size.

9. Roll each ball in the crab flakes.

10. The Raffaello snack made of crab sticks and cheese is ready. Serve it to the table, and if you are preparing in advance, cover the Raffaellos with a bowl so that they do not dry out.
