Ingredients
- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- milk - 1/3 cup;
- butter - 40 grams;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
1. Prepare the products for making scrambled eggs. The chicken eggs, butter, and milk should be at room temperature. It’s best to use homemade butter. Rinse the chicken eggs under running water.

2. Crack the eggs into a deep plate.

3. Pour 1/3 cup of milk into the eggs.

4. Mix the mass with a fork until smooth. Fluffy foam is not required.

5. Add salt to taste and mix everything again.

6. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat and melt the butter in it.

7. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Set the heat to medium. Wait about a minute until the egg mass begins to set. Do not cover the skillet with a lid.

8. Start stirring everything in different directions. Scrambled eggs cook for about 2 minutes, they should be glossy and slightly moist.

9. Scrambled eggs are ready. They can be served with herbs or with various sauces that add a unique touch to them.
