For dough:
- flour – 150 g;

- sugar – 110 g;
- corn starch – 20 g;
- milk – 375 ml;
- butter – 50 g.

1. Let's make chocolate pancakes. To do this, we prepare products according to the list.
2. Mix and sift the dry ingredients: - flour and cocoa powder.
3. By sifting, we fill the flour with oxygen, and we break lumps in cocoa.
4. Mix eggs, salt and sugar until smooth in a separate container.
5. Pour half the norm of milk into the flour (milk should be warm). In a small amount of liquid, the dry ingredients mix well until smooth. The last step is to add all the milk and vegetable oil.
