  • tomatoes – 2-4 pcs. (depending on size);
  • onion – 1 medium (or ½ large onion);
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves;
  • parsley – 1 medium bunch;
  • sauce (sour cream and mayonnaise) – 200-250 ml;
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

For Korean-style carrots:

  • carrot – 1 large;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • dried garlic – ½ tsp;
  • seasoning for Korean carrots – 1 tsp with a heaping;
  • vinegar (9%) – 1 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Sauce:

  • sour cream – 3-4 tbsp;
  • homemade mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp;
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves (or to taste);
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

Preparation

  1. To prepare homemade shawarma with chicken in lavash, a certain set of products is necessary. Korean-style carrots are a mandatory component of the dish. Of course, you can buy carrots in the store or at the market, or you can make them yourself. Moreover, it’s not difficult at all. Grate the carrots using a Korean-style grater.
