  • water – 1.5 liters.

  • currant leaves – 2-3 leaves (dried or fresh);
  • salt – 5 tsp;
  • sugar – 10 tsp;
  • black pepper – 7-8 peas;
  • dill - a few sprigs.

  12. Cover the jar with a lid and start preparing the marinade. Place the pot with the drained water on the heat and add salt and sugar. Mix everything and bring the liquid to a boil.

  13. Add two tablespoons of vinegar 9% to the boiling brine. Stir and after a couple of minutes, remove the pot with the prepared marinade from the heat.

  14. Fill the jar with tomatoes with the marinade to the rim of the neck.

  15. Cover with a lid and seal the preparation.

  16. Turn the jar upside down on the lid and leave at room temperature until fully cooled.
