
Minced meat stacks in the oven
Minced meat stacks are prepared in the oven. This is a hearty and simple dish that takes only 50 minutes to make. It's so filling that it's best to serve it with a light side dish. You can use any minced meat to prepare the stacks, but they turn out especially tasty with ground beef. It's best to choose hard cheeses, ideally – parmesan. Ingredients
- minced meat – 500 g;
- cheese (parmesan) – 170 g;
- potatoes – 300 grams.
- onion – 150 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- salt – to taste;
- black ground pepper – to taste.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients. Peel the potatoes and wash them under running cold water. Remove the skin from the onion. Boil the eggs hard and peel them. Mayonnaise can be homemade or store-bought. 2. Pass the boiled eggs through a vegetable grater.3. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the grated eggs and mix everything together.

4. Grate the potatoes on a vegetable grater as well.

5. Slightly salt the grated potatoes and mix everything together.

6. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater.

7. Chop the peeled onion into small cubes.

8. Heat the frying pan, add a little vegetable oil, put in the chopped onion and fry it until golden brown.

9. Add salt and black ground pepper to the minced meat to taste.

10. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Form patties from the minced meat and place them in the dish.

11. Slightly press the patties down with a spoon on top and put the fried onion on them.

12. Spread the prepared egg mixture over the onion.

13. Layer the grated potatoes on top of the egg layer.

14. Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise on top.

15. Cover the stacks with grated cheese as the final layer.

16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the stacks in it for 30 minutes.

17. The minced meat stacks in the oven are ready. Remove the dish from the oven and serve the dish hot.
