Ingredients
- potatoes - 600 g;
- minced meat - 500 g;
- onion - 1 pc;
- egg - 1 pc;
- breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- black pepper - 1 pinch;
- spices - to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking
1. Prepare all necessary ingredients for making potato puree cutlets with minced meat. Peel and rinse the potatoes and onion.

2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, cover with water, add a bit of salt and boil until ready.

3. While the potatoes are boiling, finely chop the onion.

4. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil, sauté the onion until transparent.

5. Add the minced meat to the onion and mash it well, season with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like. Fry the minced meat until cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, the potatoes are cooked, mash them into a puree.

8. Then add 1 egg and mix well again. No more salt and pepper is needed, as we salted both the potatoes and the minced meat.

9. Shape the mixture into cutlets and dip them in breadcrumbs.

10. Fry the potato puree cutlets with minced meat in a skillet until golden brown. You don't need to fry them for long, since both the potatoes and minced meat are already cooked, and the egg will set quite quickly.
