  • chicken fillet - 750 g;
  • white onion - 140 g;
  • juicy carrot - 170 g;
  • long-grain rice - 100 g;
  • tomato paste - 90 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • white sugar - 5 g;
  • rock salt - 10 g;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc;
  • mixed peppercorns - 4-5 pcs;
  • odorless vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Preparation

2. Rinse the rice several times, washing away the rice flour (starch).

3. To make the meatballs more tender and acquire a colorful appearance, add carrot to them. Grate it on a medium grater.

4. Prepare pieces of fillet, onion, and garlic cloves for grinding. Cut the onion and fillet into small pieces.

10. Cover the first layer of meat with some of the remaining carrot.
