Ingredients

  • rice – 1 cup;
  • chicken fillet – 250 g;
  • sweet pepper – 200 g;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pcs;
  • carrot – 1 pc;
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp;
  • lemon or lime juice – 1 tbsp;
  • onion (medium) – 2 pcs;
  • garlic – 2 cloves (medium size);
  • salt and black ground pepper – to taste;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • sugar – a pinch;
  • sesame seeds – for decoration (optional).

Preparation

1. Prepare the ingredients. First, boil the rice. There is already a recipe on our website for boiling rice. For this dish, the rice should be cooled. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper, peel the onion and garlic, and peel the carrot. Wash the eggs well under running water and dry them.

2. Chop the two peeled onions into small cubes.

9. Add the pieces of chicken fillet and sauté together with the onion and garlic for about 2-3 minutes.

10. Add the prepared carrot to the fillet and sauté for about a minute.

11. Then add the sweet pepper. Sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

12. Crack two chicken eggs into the pan with the chicken and mix everything. The eggs should combine well with the vegetables and chicken fillet.

13. Then add the boiled rice, mix, and sauté for another two minutes.

14. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, and salt and black ground pepper to taste. Mix everything.

15. Pour in a tablespoon of lemon juice or lime juice.
