Bread with Basil
Bread with basil at home turns out incredibly tasty, hearty, with a pleasant, rich aroma.
If you want to speed up the dough preparation process, you can send it for 'proofing' in the oven, turning it on to 40-50 degrees. After just 30 minutes, it will significantly increase in volume and be ready for further processing.

Ingredients
- flour (300 grams);
- water (160 ml);
- salt (1 tsp);
- basil (2-3 sprigs);
- sugar (1 tsp);
- oil (25 ml);
- instant yeast (5 grams).
Preparation
1. Pour the oxygen-enriched flour into a suitable bowl. Add the sweetener and salt to the mixture.
2. Add the instant yeast. They will help us quickly increase the size of the dough.
3. Combine the dry ingredients and add the crushed basil leaves to the mixture. Use the plant of any shade.
4. Mix the components and pour warm liquid into the bowl.
5. Add vegetable oil. It can be replaced by a bar of softened butter.
6. Gather the ingredients into a homogeneous mass and let it rest for 55-60 minutes.
7. Punch down the risen dough several times, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased baking pan. Send the basil dough into the oven (180 degrees). Wait for 50-60 minutes.
8. Slice the cooled bread with basil and serve at any time.
